Refund and cancellation policy

Butikkens juridiske oplysninger er ved at blive færdiggjort og bliver offentliggjort her før lanceringen.
eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly. Please read this policy before you buy: all sales are final once your eSIM has been delivered.
1.All sales are final after delivery
Your eSIM is delivered by email and in your account immediately after payment. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the eSIM is delivered.
For this reason we do not refund or cancel an order after delivery — whether or not the eSIM has been installed or used.
2.What is not refundable
Unused data, unused days or a plan that expired before you travelled.
A phone that does not support eSIM, is carrier-locked, or was set up incorrectly. Please check compatibility before buying.
An eSIM that was deleted from the phone after installation. A deleted eSIM cannot be restored.
Coverage or speed differences caused by the local networks, your location or your device.
Wallet top-ups and promotional credit.
3.If we cannot deliver your eSIM
If a technical fault on our side means your eSIM is not delivered, contact us at info [at] asiaesim.online. We will deliver a working eSIM. Only if delivery is impossible will we return the payment for that order — this is the single exception, because you must not pay for something you never received.
4.Fraud and stolen cards
We do not accept payments made with stolen, compromised or unauthorised cards or accounts. Orders we identify as fraudulent are cancelled, the eSIM is deactivated, the account is closed and the case may be reported to the card issuer, our payment provider and the authorities.
Fraudulent orders are not refunded to the person who placed them.
5.Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback for an eSIM that was delivered, we will contest it with the delivery record and your consent from checkout, and the eSIM may be suspended while the dispute is open.
6.Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
